Have been looking for a vehicle for months now with no luck. My credit isn't the best, but Martin's finance team worked with me to put me in a reliable vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased. After several unsatisfactory encounters with salesmen at nearby dealerships, Curtis took the initiative to find a modestly priced Dodge Ram 1500 and didn't stop negotiating until we both felt the transaction was fair. He even helped put my mother in a Jeep Renegade, and worked it out so her vehicle would be modified to meet her demands and budget. She got her dream car, and I found something suitable to my needs. I was on my way home to Northwest Indiana on Hwy 65 when my 2015 Ram Dodge Truck died. My truck had to be towed to Martin Dodge Dealership, it was Easter Sunday so I had to wait until Monday morning to speak with someone. I was taken care of by Jessica, she was very friendly and checked to see what type of warranties I had. Lucky for me the truck part that went out was still under warranty. The problem was it was not a quick fix. I was able to head back home (6 hour drive) to Indiana by Tuesday with a rental car. The part was on back order so it took almost 2 weeks for my truck to be fixed, but I finally was able to travel back to Martin Dodge on Monday 4/16/18 to get my truck. Since the truck was under warranty, the rental car and everything else was paid for. Once again everyone that I had contact with at Martin Dodge were friendly and worked really hard to get my truck back to me with little cost out of my pocket. I am very thankful that my truck broke down in Bowling Green and was serviced at Martin Dodge Dealership.
Very nice customer service experience
Customer service was good and associates were very helpful. I have Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires. They are recommended to be ran at 49 psi. Picked up truck and they had all been deflated to 36 psi which is stock. Then got home and found a nail in drivers side front tire sidewall. Had to pay 360 to replace. Not sure if nail came from shop but it wasn't there before I went. Not happy with pressure being lowered on a high pressure tire.
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee into the shop for a very simple, warranty covered repair that should have taken 1-2 days max. As of today, my vehicle has been in their shop for over 3 weeks! I have had to reach out every single time I wanted an update and have had to be aggressive to get any details whatsoever. The customer service experience here has been miserable at best. Beware if you need service work done!**UPDATE** I feel in all fairness, I should provide a quick update. I was contacted directly by the new service manager, who was extremely gracious and professional after reading my review, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Due to this, I'm going to change this review to 3 stars. This act took a lot of courage and I want to recognize that he took the time and effort to make a connection with me after my experience. This gives me hope that he can turn things around at the service dept.
