Not sure about the car services, just yet, but the shuttle driver was great! Friendly and accommodating. Didn't catch his name but he's an older gentleman.

The service lady was extremely nice. I had an appointment for 1:30 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't leave until 4, needless to say this is way to long. An oil change should not take that long!
