Our service was completed quickly, and at the scheduled time.The service supervisor was informative.He explained the work done, and went over the multipoint inspection.We'll be back in the future.Not too happy with the Chrysler Care though. They told us we'd have to wait 60 days for a reimbursement on warranty part we bought from Goodyear on a Saturday because the Jeep dealer couldn't "work us in until Wednesday".
