Overall, my service ws handled very well. We set up the appointment about a week ahead of time. That was likley a saving grace.It turns out, and this is the reason for four stars instea of five, even with the appointment we had to wait to get in. It wasn't a terribly long wait but a wait nonetheless.If you are going to set appointments it would seem walkins during the same time should be out of the question, just my opinion.Otherwise it ws fine. The price was fair. It was my first if two free sevices but the cost, had I paid, was good, right along with other facilities.They also replace my cruise control switch which was still under warranty and had begun not working properly.I will certainly continue to have my teuck serviced at Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Bowling Green.
