Had a recall on my vehicle went in and spoke with Carson and they looked over my vehicle he ordered the part then got me right in to fix the recall they did a great job and in timely manner.

My 95 Wrangler with the automatic (wife has dumb left foot) stickered for 15k a new one now starts over 48K for what@f0 (I would like to know what has really been changed to make it better@f0) also to warrent the huge increase in price

I have been having issues with a 2017 jeep Cherokee which I bought new. It has been using an excessive amount of oil. I have been working with Wil. They worked with me on a rental and replaced the motor no charge. Also they got the work done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them. They stand by their product.

Recently purchased my fifth Chrysler vehicle, fourth Dodge Caravan van, at Martin in Bowling Green. I keep going back to Martin because their staff are outstanding. The sales/finance/warranty people are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service department is excellent; never a bad experience. Yesterday's purchase was a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and my sales consultant, Maria Burchett, was exceptional. If you are considering a new or used Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler, I highly recommend that you visit Martin and talk to Maria. She will take good care of you.

Easy appointment, reasonable wait time, detailed invoice. Great service manager that will make every effort to keep you satisfied. Service was on my 2012 Ram 2500 at 90,000 miles. All factory suggested maintenance was performed.
