We received excellent service from this dealership. We were on a vacation trip when our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee began misfiring. Very shortly afterward the check engine light came on and we pulled into the nearest Jeep dealership which was Martin. In less than 2 hours, they diagnosed the issue(blown head gasket) and helped us get a rental vehicle and resume our trip. At every point along the way, their service representative Brian kept me informed of the repair progress. He processed our extended warranty claim. Shorty after we picked up the vehicle it began misfiring again. I returned to the dealership. Their technician very quickly diagnosed and repaired a sporadically misfiring ignition coil. We've driven it about 500 miles at this point with no further issues. If I lived in the Bowling Green area this is a dealership I would want to consider for a vehicle purchase. In my one experience with them, as a complete stranger they convinced me they are the kind of customer driven business I'm always wanting to do business with.
My 95 Wrangler with the automatic (wife has dumb left foot) stickered for 15k a new one now starts over 48K for what? (I would like to know what has really been changed to make it better?) also to warrent the huge increase in price
