My experience at Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler was perfect. The entire staff treated us fairly and kindly. The car we bought was incredibly clean and just as described.Our salesperson was Selena. She made this entire experience SO much easier and more understandable than with my past experiences at other dealers. Since this was my first time buying my own vehicle, she had to explain A LOT to me about the process. She was patient and explained everything clearly. At one point, I had to go home (an hour away) and get a document I needed. We didn't know if I'd be able to get back to the dealership in time, and Selena offered to come out to my house to get it! She went above and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible. I can't say enough how helpful she was!
Great place to take your car for service.
Bought a 2012 Dodge Ram last Satuday and was so happy with the buying process with them. Everything was very fast and each step was communicated to me. Curtis H. was a great salesman, he didnt rush me into anything and made me feel very comfortable. Great place and make sure you ask for Curtis.
