Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram ("DJCR") is the ONLY dealership my family trusts with our 3 automobiles regardless of manufacturer! Our 2014 Ford Escape purchased at the local Bowling Green Ford dealer was routinely serviced by that dealership with harrowing and life threatening experiences that literally drove us away from them despite owning 2 Ford automobiles - the aforementioned 2014 Escape and a 2011 Mustang! Our only MOPAR vehicle is my Jeep Gladiator Overland which I not only purchased from Martin DJCR, but traded in my 2012 JK Sport which was also serviced there for 7 years! I never judge a person or company by their mistakes - they say let the perfect one be the first to cast a stone, but how they recover and make everything right! If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I recommend Martin DJCR. If you're looking for a reliable, dependable and trustworthy automotive service department, again, I recommend Martin DJCR. I seldom recommend anyone or any business because people know what they want or expect. That being said, my recommendation of Martin DJCR for all of your automotive needs is sincere. Good people treating you like they expect to be treated!

The staff were very friendly however it did take them 4 hours just to look at my Jeep. And I still have a ping pong ball sound when I sometimes shift gears it could be my back drums since they still need to be replaced other than that. The staff there were really nice I would still go there again for my back drums
